Abstract

The objective of this paper is to systematize the theoretical framework of the digital economy and budget transparency at the national and provincial levels in Vietnam. Since then, the author has conducted an assessment of the current state of the digital economy and budget transparency at the national and provincial levels in Vietnam today. Finally, the article proposes solutions to improve budget transparency and increase the added value of the digital economy in Vietnam's economy.
