Abstract
The subject of our study focuses on clarifying the concept of sustainable development so that it is a smooth and circulating term among people and in all societies in order to reach a green sustainable environment. The philosophy of sustainable development is based on an important fact, according to which concern for the environment is the solid foundation for development in all its aspects. This type of development is the one that focuses on two important dimensions, the present and the future. present, without at the expense of future generations.
Sustainable development is based mainly on setting incentives that reduce pollution, the volume of waste and residuals, and the current consumption of energy, and sets controls that limit the wasteful consumption of water, air and other vital resources.
