Abstract
The participation of rural residents always plays a key role in building a new countryside, they are an important subject to implement many contents of NTM criteria. All commercial enterprise contents from planning, socio-economic infrastructure ... always need the active participation of rural residents to best meet the community's interests and legitimate aspirations of rural residents. At the same time, it can mobilize local resources to preserve the landscape, environment, natural ecosystems and the beauty of traditional rural areas (traditional culture, fine customs and traditions with cultural value. along with improving the material and spiritual life commensurate with the development of modern society through the sustainable implementation of NTM criteria with the highest quality
